Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager leads a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in‑store execution of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track KPIs, and coach/develop your team.
Responsibilities
Manage expectations: establish KPI targets for each ASM, conduct monthly performance reviews, provide feedback, coaching, corrective counseling, and maintain regular communication with retail partners to implement national/local programming.
Lead excellence: conduct two full days of gate‑to‑gate route rides per week, train & evaluate ASMs on selling skills, role‑plays, retail math, and decision‑maker buying personalities; hold workshops and one‑on‑one meetings.
Organizational leadership: collaborate across the organization, share best practices, contribute as a peer‑group leader, build a diverse team aligned with Red Bull values, ensure adherence to standards and operating procedures.
Qualifications
3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory / advertising displays.
English; additional languages an advantage.
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Salary: $104,730.00 – $137,455.00
