Convergint is looking for a full‑time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward‑thinking Account Executive to join our amazing culture. What You’ll Do

Amplify Convergint’s culture by participating in the Recruit Awesome People program and referring top talent.

Account Development: Sell to dedicated accounts across physical security integration services, cyber, maintenance programs, managed services and transformational services to increase customer lifetime value and profitability.

Develop Pipeline: Work with real decision makers to assess need, gain agreement on a business case, present our unique qualifications, and establish a decision timeline.

Pipeline target: 3:1 ratio over the sales target.

Proposal Construction: Lead the sales pursuit team to construct winning proposals including quote, business case, and qualification rationale.

Presenting & Closing: Present proposals to decision makers while managing objections related to timing, price, and competition; achieve go‑or‑no‑go decisions in a timely manner.

Market Focus: Identify and develop pipeline specific to assigned markets—including global accounts, utilities, financial/banking, healthcare, data centers, federal, state, local governments, K‑12 & higher education.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work with designers, estimators, sales engineers, program/project managers and partners to deliver winning proposals.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements Education:

College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience:

1‑3 years sales or equivalent.

Pay Range:

$75,000 – $85,000 USD.
