Key Responsibilities
Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
Deliver an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and total solutions to every customer.
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience.
Champion company initiatives, adapt to change, and perform other duties as assigned.
Remain available and support an engaging environment.
Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
Coaching the team on behaviors to win, deliver customer service, and achieve results through role‑playing and feedback.
Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills & Experience
Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
Willing and able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
Effective communication skills, organization, and adaptability to changing priorities.
Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others.
Ability to work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner.
Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
Physical ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously.
