Responsibilities
Empower Franchise Owners: Provide comprehensive operational support, from tackling daily challenges to crafting strategic growth plans.
Bridge the Gap: Communicate regularly with the franchisor, keeping them informed on franchisee progress and offering valuable insights into the franchise system's effectiveness.
Data‑Driven Coaching: Analyze franchisee performance data to identify areas for improvement and coach them towards achieving optimal results.
Motivate & Celebrate Success: Be a trusted advisor and coach, offering constructive feedback, setting achievable goals, and celebrating franchisee wins.
Safeguard Brand Integrity: Ensure franchise owners adhere to established franchise compliance guidelines to uphold brand standards.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of related experience in franchise/business consulting/small business ownership, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of Profit & Loss and driving profitability; familiarity with field operation concepts and procedures.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proven experience building relationships.
Self‑driven and able to work autonomously.
Critical thinking and decision‑making for policy development.
Attention to detail and commitment to follow‑up.
Collaborative mindset with internal and external customers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Schedule / In‑office requirements: Hybrid model preferred; Monday–Wednesday in the office, Thursday/Friday from home. Locations: 500 E. John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX; 1010 N. University Parks Drive, Waco, TX.
Benefits & Compensation
Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experience.
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM local time zone.
Benefits: Equity and bonus opportunities; full benefits package available.
