Responsibilities
Collaborating with management to design impactful training programs and resources for new owners.
Delivering engaging training sessions and coaching covering software, brand standards, sales, customer service, and more.
Ensuring thorough documentation and supporting franchisees through every step of the pre‑opening journey, from initial onboarding to successful store debut.
Driving accountability by assigning, tracking, and following up on all onboarding and pre‑opening tasks, ensuring franchisees complete required milestones on time.
Building and reviewing first‑year pro forma with franchisees to establish realistic financial expectations, identify break‑even points, and align launch strategies with profitability goals.
Assisting franchisees in setting first‑year goals, monitoring progress, and celebrating key wins and launch achievements.
Managing the FranConnect portal, monitoring task completion, and developing eLearning modules to equip owners and their teams with ongoing knowledge.
Facilitating smooth transitions between training phases and ensuring a seamless hand‑off to their ongoing Business Coach. Managing online training access and serving as a resource for all coaches and franchisees.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of relevant business coaching experience, with a preference for training and onboarding experience.
Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L analysis and strategies for driving profitability.
Deep understanding of business fundamentals, including marketing, finance, operations, IT, and HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Financial literacy, including familiarity with forecasting, budgets, and basic financial analysis.
In‑depth knowledge of the franchise model.
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs and motivate learners.
Proficient in software like Adobe, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and readily embraces new tech.
Associate’s degree required or equivalent experience.
Schedule & In‑Office Requirements
Hybrid working model; Monday‑Wednesday in the office, Thursday/Friday from home.
Office location: 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX.
Must be able to travel an average of 25%.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: commensurate with experience.
Full‑time schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM local time zone.
