Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any delays or discrepancies.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.

5+ years of construction experience specifically overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Strong tenure with excellent track record.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
