Role Summary The Sales Manager leads ROM, SMB, and/or MM Account Executives and Account Managers to grow business, acquire new customers, and retain existing customers. You will drive strategic planning, manage people, sell, leverage technology, and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Sales organization, working with our Behavioral and Community Health (BCH) vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to achieve sales and renewal goals in a high‑growth environment.
Monitor employee performance, counsel, and advise to ensure compatibility, maximum effectiveness, and continuous growth, addressing personnel and performance issues per Company policy.
Design, implement, and manage overall territory team structure.
Participate in Sales Enablement and Training programs to ensure effective sales strategies, positioning, and best practices.
Work with Sales Operations on performance management, reporting, forecasting, and compensation.
Coordinate efforts with internal teams to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Other duties as assigned.

Consultative Selling – engage prospects and clients with a relationship‑driven approach, acting as a trusted advisor.
Sales Tool Management – utilize sales enablement tools to support the process and improve client experience.

Communication – convey information clearly, accurately, and appropriately while actively listening.
Qualifications
Experience leading or mentoring early‑career sales professionals.
5+ years of proven record of exceeding sales quotas in SaaS consultative sales.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
Experience in healthcare sales (nice to have).
