Eden Foods – Clinton, Michigan seeks a Regional Sales Manager in the Southwest US region.

This role focuses on building relationships and merchandising.

Travel to key accounts is required.

A professional background in sales and a knowledge of natural foods are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop goals, strategies, plans, and tactics to establish and nurture business relationships, improve product knowledge, record data, and achieve merchandising for Eden items.

Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about the industry, key personnel, and their developments.

Provide insightful sales projections to headquarters.

Manage budgets in concert with HQ Sales staff.

Use and understand Eden Foods’ business systems.

Work proactively with distributors, retailers, co‑ops, eCommerce businesses, Eden food brokers, and Eden HQ.

Manage, train, and direct Eden food brokers; educate them about Eden and its offerings to achieve desired results.

Keep all business communication clear and forthright.

Distribute company messages to accurately convey Eden Foods’ quality, services, and opportunities for mutually beneficial business results.

Collaborate with Eden Foods’ Departments, drawing upon their strengths.

Act in accordance with Eden Foods’ Terms of Sale; non‑compliant matters must be written as an Incentive Agreement in a timely manner.

Become proficient in Salesforce (CRM), Eden Foods’ digital network, and AcctVantage (ERP).

Help oversee and protect Eden Foods’ intellectual property, including copyrights.
