Sales Development Specialist (SaaS)
Location: St Pete’s, Tampa Area.
Salary: $50k base salary + uncapped commissions.
Position Overview Are you interested in building a sales career at the intersection of healthcare and technology, two of the fastest-growing industries? This Sales Development Representative (SDR) role offers the opportunity to be a key driver of growth by helping medical and dental practices modernize how they collect and manage patient payments.
As an SDR, you’ll support a Field Sales organization by generating qualified meetings through high-volume outbound outreach. While you won’t be responsible for closing deals, your work will directly impact revenue growth and sales performance. You’ll be equipped with industry-leading tools, structured training, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

On-site training begins:
Monday, January 12, 2026 (Valhalla, NY)
The initial training period will begin
remote , transitioning to
on-site
once the Florida office officially opens in 2026
On-site employees receive
pre-scheduled work-from-home days
throughout the year (calendar provided annually)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound calls to medical and dental practices from a large national database
Clearly communicate the value of digital payment and practice management solutions
Secure qualified meetings for Field Sales partners
Nurture prospects using marketing materials, web content, and follow-up strategies
Collaborate closely with assigned Field Sales counterparts to refine outreach strategies
Track and manage performance metrics including call volume, appointment-set rates, cancellations, and call quality
Engage with existing customers to promote referrals and advocacy
Provide feedback to leadership to continuously improve messaging and call strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of phone-based prospecting or sales experience
Strong time-management skills with the ability to own and structure your day
Comfortable presenting virtually via video conferencing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to collaborate across teams and departments
Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
Proficiency with CRM and call automation tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Background in healthcare, financial services, or technology sales preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
