Inside Sales Representative – Medical Payments
Remote | $50K Base + Uncapped Monthly Commissions | OTE: $75K+
About the Role We’re partnered with a fast-growing fintech company that’s helping medical and dental practices modernize how they get paid. As a Business Development Associate, you’ll reach out to healthcare offices across the U.S. to educate them on digital payment tools and schedule qualified sales meetings. You’re not closing deals, just opening the door and fueling our growth. Perfect for someone coachable, goal-oriented, and looking to break into healthcare tech.
What You’ll Do
Make daily outbound calls to healthcare practices nationwide
Pitch the value proposition and book discovery appointments
Collaborate with field reps to build winning outreach strategies
Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to track activity and manage pipeline
Nurture leads with marketing campaigns and content
Hit KPIs for call volume, meetings booked, and lead quality
Share feedback to help improve outreach strategy
What You Bring
1+ year in SDR, inside sales, outreach, or call center roles
Confident phone presence and clear, persuasive communication
CRM experience (Salesforce a plus) and digital sales tools
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
Bonus points for experience in healthcare, SaaS, or fintech
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
