Job Summary This position aligns with our Core Values to sell all Bruckner truck sales products using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying our products/services to their needs, generating revenue and providing excellent service.
Essential Position Functions and Principal Accountabilities
Sell heavy‑duty Volvo trucks and related components.
Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within the territory.
Maintain contacts with customers, document activity in the CRM system.
Identify and profile prospective customers, develop and apply strategy to obtain orders.
Report on competitive activity.
Keep informed on new products and general information of interest to customers.
Coordinate efforts with outside parts, service, and new and used truck sales personnel to achieve full market penetration.

Minimum high school diploma with appropriate experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in heavy or medium duty trucks

Language Skills
Good oral and written communication skills.
Physical Demands
Need to tilt the hood, climb into the cab or onto the frame for demonstrations.
