Frontier Waste Solutions is a Texas‑based waste solutions provider servicing residential, commercial and municipal trash and recycling needs. Since 2017 we have grown and expanded our footprint throughout Texas, and we continue to take pride in providing exceptional customer service across all levels of our organization.
Position Summary Provide sales efforts to incoming calls through the call center and to outbound calls using provided leads. Partner with the Sales team to coordinate new business development and services for clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience
Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities
Develop new leads using all available resources, including referrals, web, and other electronic media
Provide accurate information about products and services to the customer
Review, monitor, and follow up on any assigned accounts as appropriate
Protect customer information by maintaining confidentiality
Accurately document all calls and account information
Daily monitor all emails and requests for new business and services related to the inbound call center and assigned SEO programs, if directed
Represent the company professionally with email, reports, phone responses, and coordination
Research customers and SEO requests and propose appropriate products and services while maintaining brand integrity
Develop relationships by anticipating needs and providing solutions and guidance related to business opportunities
Participate in ongoing training courses, networking events, and regional conferences to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends
Achieve assigned performance goals and objectives set by management to grow part‑business
Perform other assignments and duties as directed by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of customer service and/or retail sales experience
1 year of call center experience highly preferred
6 months experience with Windows‑based applications, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong problem‑solving, follow‑up, organizational, and coordination skills
Strong communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus
Solid organization skills
Data entry, keyboard, and 10‑key calculator skills required
Ability to adapt as the external environment evolves
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑motivated environment
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent follow‑through and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable interacting with customers daily
Collaborative mindset, encouraging team support
Physical Requirements
Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking
Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment
Education High School or equivalent required
License and Certifications None required
