Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative, primarily based in Broadview, IL, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The representative will handle lead generation, establish and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities will also include creating sales strategies, supporting inside sales efforts, and driving revenue growth by promoting SERVPRO’s restoration and cleaning services to potential customers.
Qualifications
Proven abilities in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong Communication skills, including active listening and client relationship management
Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting growth targets
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and general knowledge of sales and customer outreach platforms
Ability to work both in‑office and remotely as part of a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred
Understanding of restoration and cleaning services is a plus
