Job Description We are looking for a high‑energy and motivated Supplier Performance Manager. You will serve as the expert on the portfolio of suppliers, manage all aspects of the supplier’s business within the house, and provide a critical link between the sales departments, operations, and management.
Daily Activities
Build the annual plan/calendar, contribute to the pricing and promotional calendar, and support the development of sales force incentives by collaborating with supplier partners.
Forecast adequate supply for key sales programs and collaborate with the purchasing team to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Maintain market and sales understanding through knowledge growth and market visits with key accounts.
Negotiating price supports, validating internal depletion allowances, and managing budgets to grow gross profit.
Coordinate supplier meetings, winery visits, blitzes, and target account spend activity, and share data with sales management.
Oversee the monthly supplier bill‑back process and manage supplier accounts receivable.
Create best practices around aligned focus periods, goals, and program results.
Prepare supplier business reviews and monthly supplier communication meetings.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in sales or supplier management.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite; experience with Logility, DIPA, AS400 is preferred.
Ability to manage many moving parts, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities.
Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and services of the highest caliber.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and MVR.
