Base pay range $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Responsibilities
Ensure high‑quality products are available in the prepared foods area
Maintain clean shelves, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality food
Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food
Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies and procedures by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
Keep the area clean, sanitized, and member‑ready
What you’ll do
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible to business needs
Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future productions, adhere to safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, operate and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate layout execution
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology for immediate decisions related to production and quality
Drive the performance of the area; manage expectations, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and provide customer service
Advocate for the department and club, model high‑quality service and products, execute basics at the highest possible level, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; implement action plans, use the Open Door policy, and apply these in business processes
Complete work assignments, prioritize using data and resources, collaborate with managers and peers, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change and feedback
