We are hiring a Business Development Representative in Nashville within the Workplace Solutions business. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our company’s growth.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct proactive outreach to public companies to generate interest in our equity compensation management platform.
Schedule and attend virtual meetings with potential clients alongside the Field Sales Representative.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our platform and its benefits to effectively communicate with top executives.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and meetings within our CRM system.
Leverage networking tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
Develop synergistic relationships with JP Morgan bankers, advisors, and team members.
Book 4 qualified meetings per month via outreach including phone, networking, and electronic communications. Leads will be provided.
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with top executives.
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
Competitive drive and a results-oriented mindset.
Strong financial acumen is helpful but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
College degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience within the financial/banking industry.
