My client is looking for a proposal manager to join their team based out of Bowie MD!
Responsibilities
Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, including pre‑RFP activities, response development, and final production and delivery.
Assemble and lead proposal teams, assigning tasks and ensuring all contributors meet deadlines.
Oversee writing, editing, and proofreading of proposals to ensure compliance with RFP requirements and alignment with company branding.
Guide the team to create persuasive narratives that highlight company advantages.
Maintain a central database of reusable content (staff profiles, case studies, boilerplate language).
Conduct internal reviews and provide feedback; analyze outcomes post‑submission to capture lessons learned.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Working directly under the VP of Operations, an excellent company culture and growth potential. A successful Proposal Manager should have:
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, set deadlines, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
At least five years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including senior management.
Exceptional command of English with strong editing and proofreading skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
