The Role
We are looking for a dynamic
Account Management Partner
to revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth and boost profitability. In this role, you will create, maintain and deepen customer connections, bringing the best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top‑level executives.
Key Responsibilities Drive proactive account growth, focusing on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals for our largest accounts.
Develop and execute cutting‑edge account strategies, leading to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl’s most valuable accounts.
Identify and qualify new opportunities, building relationships with key decision‑makers and delivering tailor‑made solutions for each customer.
Collaborate closely with other sales team members to ensure seamless account management from prospecting through closing and beyond.
Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, and generate new opportunities while expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
Use external best practices to provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a market leader.
Own the account P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance and a stellar reputation.

Required Skills And Experience Minimum of 5+ years running account P&L and managing sales process end‑to‑end.
Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best‑practice.
Proven experience in revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
Open‑mind and empathetic approach in relationships with customers.
Preferred Skills And Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Sales experience in technical solutions.
Compensation
Base salary U.S. ranges from $159,240 to $286,560, with variations by location: California $175,080–$343,920; Colorado $159,240–$286,560; New York City $191,040–$343,920; Washington $175,080–$315,240; Washington DC $175,080–$315,240. Eligible for discretionary annual bonus and possible sales commission plan. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave and time off.
