We’re looking for a dynamic individual to revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth and boost profitability. In this role, you will create, maintain and develop deep customer connections, building trusted relationships with top‑level executives. You will drive proactive account growth, selling new offerings while minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our largest accounts continue to flourish. As a Customer Partner, you will develop and execute cutting‑edge account strategies, lead the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl’s most valuable accounts, and build relationships with key decision‑makers to deliver tailor‑made solutions. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process from prospecting to closing deals and beyond. You will lead one or more portfolio or strategic accounts, generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. You will continuously provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market and take charge of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our clients are not only happy but also successful. Minimum of 5+ years experience running account P&L and managing sales process end‑to‑end Healthcare payor experience Application modernization experience Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks Open‑minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers Ability to lead with a consultative approach, identify and create demand across all Kyndryl capabilities, and articulate business value to customers Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, flat organizational culture; embrace ambiguity and drive proactive outcomes Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree Sales experience in technical solutions Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full‑time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job‑related skills and experience. For part‑time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California: $175,080 to $343,920 Colorado: $159,240 to $286,560 New York City: $191,040 to $343,920 Washington: $175,080 to $315,240 Washington DC: $175,080 to $315,240 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
