Summary
The Account Executive (AE), Membership Service performs ticket sales, retention and customer service activities as it relates to season ticket accounts and general ticket-related services. The AE, Membership Service will assist in retaining Season Ticket Members (STM) through selling of tickets for all events, handling customer inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establish and maintain client relationships that will result in client satisfaction and retention
Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients
Meet and/or exceed annual retention and sales goals as provided by Ticket Operations Leadership
Make a minimum of 35 outbound phone calls per day to strengthen customer relationships
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current client and prospects within CRM system
Active involvement in the community to continually build sales pipeline
Assist in the selling of new season tickets, partial plans, groups, and maintenance
Track and document customer complaints and assist in finding a resolution and following up with the customer after action is taken
Respond to incoming phone calls to be sure they are answered quickly and efficiently
Maintain a functional and organized workspace
Maintain a level of knowledge of programs and events to adequately assist customers
Assist in bulk mailings to STMs or other ticket purchasers
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications for the Position
Minimum of 1-3 years of sports sales and/or service experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with TicketMasters, Archtics, KOR CRM system(s), a plus.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work non‑traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation The base hourly rate for this role is $16.83. Based on a 40‑hour work week this would equate to $35,000 annually. Account Executives, Membership Services may earn additional commission based on renewal percentages and targets.
