THE OPPORTUNITY We’re growing our U.S. presence and are looking for a driven, authentic, and resourceful SMB Sales Executive to join our Client Sales team in New York. In this inside, full‑cycle sales role, you’ll own the entire new‑business process for the Small‑to‑Midsize Business (SMB) market – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new logos.

WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of full‑cycle sales experience with a strong track record in new‑business acquisition.
SaaS, PaaS, or related B2B tech sales experience.
Excellent communication skills, genuine curiosity, active listening, and an authentic approach with prospects.
A self‑starter mentality: you create momentum, find solutions, and drive outcomes.
Comfort with ambiguity, paired with strong organization, adaptability, and optimism.
High coachability, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset.
Experience using Salesforce and familiarity with sales‑engagement tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
A passion for wellbeing and helping people live healthier, happier lives.
We’re excited to meet candidates who can open new doors, build lasting customer relationships, and play a meaningful role in our U.S. expansion.
WHAT WE OFFER In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $70,000 – $83,000. Actual base salary will depend on location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for an annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan and our performance‑based stock‑option program.
