Full-Time | Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

Compensation Starting at $21.00/hour. Commission & Bonus Opportunities.

About the Role WPM is looking for friendly, energetic, and sales‑driven individuals to join our leasing teams at Butler Ridge/Westview Commons (Reisterstown, MD) and Pleasant Ridge (Owings Mills, MD). Our Leasing Specialists play a vital role in transforming apartments into homes by:

Listening to and addressing resident needs

Supporting community‑building events

Thinking creatively to solve challenges

Providing outstanding customer service every day

This role is ideal for those with backgrounds in customer service, sales, or marketing. Leasing and Entrata software experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Track and record all phone and walk‑in traffic; prepare weekly traffic reports.

Assist applicants with leasing applications and documentation.

Maintain marketing materials and participate in resident outreach/marketing events.

Manage vacancies: update reports, complete checklists, and prepare units for move‑in (including light cleaning).

Support resident retention through events and community engagement.

Assist Property Managers with operations: correspondence, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.

Maintain accurate files (residents, vendors, invoices, insurance certificates).

Provide phone coverage and office support as needed.

Required Skills & Abilities

Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable using PC and learning new software.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Availability on Saturdays and occasional evenings.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
