Job Description:
Our client is seeking a driven, high-energy sales hunter to open doors and create new revenue. You’ll focus on breaking into net-new accounts through strategic, high touch outreach and thoughtful relationship‑building across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and referrals. You’ll get on‑the‑job training, learning company solutions and practicing modern prospecting so you can grow into a top-performing sales professional. Along the way, you’ll handle core sales administration (scheduling, notes, CRM admin, follow‑ups) that keeps the go‑to‑market engine running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Act as a pure hunter who thrives at the top of the funnel—researching accounts, identifying decision‑makers, crafting personalized outreach, and opening new conversations within mid‑market enterprises.
Act as a customer advocate throughout the pipeline.
Monitoring opportunities in the CRM to ensure progress toward close.
Schedule and attend initial qualification meetings.
Partner closely with Marketing to refine target lists, align outbound campaigns, and relay market feedback and messaging insights.
Compensation
Base = $60k
Variable Compensation: $30k–$50k
Projected Year One Earnings: $90k - $110k+
