We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to ensure exceptional quality across digital products in a fast-paced iGaming environment. In this role, you will manage the full spectrum of quality assurance operations, from test case development and bug tracking to customer support analysis and cross-platform testing. You will collaborate closely with product, development, and data teams to maintain flawless user experiences and uphold high-quality standards. Accountabilities

Execute comprehensive testing protocols across web, mobile, and API platforms to ensure consistent functionality and user experience

Analyze customer support tickets to identify patterns, categorize issues, and provide actionable feedback to the product team

Track, prioritize, and manage bug backlogs from discovery to resolution with meticulous attention to detail

Conduct end-to-end user journey testing to ensure seamless experiences across all product funnels

Perform pixel-perfect UI/UX quality checks to detect design inconsistencies and component failures

Monitor live product performance, identifying and escalating critical issues promptlyValidate data accuracy, including Mixpanel events and other analytics tracking

Create and maintain detailed test documentation, test cases, and regular quality reports

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery and adherence to quality gates

Benchmark competitor products to identify quality standards and continuously improve testing approaches

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on QA experience in fast-paced product environments, preferably in tech startups, scale-ups, or iGaming

Experience with iGaming platforms or online gambling products

Proficiency with automated testing tools and testing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, API)

Skilled in customer support ticket analysis and integrating findings into QA processes

Strong attention to detail, with an exceptional ability to spot micro-UI inconsistencies and design flaws

Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards during rapid release cycles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to elevate critical issues immediately

Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Familiarity with AI tools for testing and QA is a plus
