Fitness Sales Manager
to lead our team to success.
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing fitness franchise, leading membership growth,

Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Achieve Goals – Utilize consultative sales skills to convert leads into loyal members and consistently exceed monthly targets.
Lead & Develop the Team – Conduct engaging weekly and monthly team meetings and training sessions to maximize performance.
Deliver a 5‑Star Member Experience – Ensure outstanding customer service that leads to positive online reviews and strong member retention.
Marketing & Community Outreach – Implement local and national marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and membership sign‑ups.
Studio Operations – Maintain accurate member and employee records, follow company policies, and oversee daily studio management.
Qualifications
Proven Sales Ability – 1‑2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or health club industry.
Leadership Experience – 1‑2 years of supervisory or management experience.
Strong Communication Skills – Outgoing, professional, and able to connect with members and staff effectively.
Results‑Driven Mindset – Goal‑oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance metrics.
Passion for Fitness – Enthusiastic about health and wellness and inspiring others to reach their goals.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $40,000 per year.
Commission & Bonuses – Total earning potential of $50,000+.
