Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned, assertive sales professional with a strong aspiration for leadership. The role will involve mastering and executing our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, building relationships, cold calling, and client engagement. Once you master the sales framework, you’ll have opportunities to train and mentor new team members.
Responsibilities
Sell and cultivate a strong clientele base following our B2B sales process.
Execute cold calls and client engagement to secure deals.
Achieve sales targets and manage pipeline.
Provide training and mentorship to new team members as required.
Ideal Candidate
Resolute, self-assured, and proactive.
Disciplined and determined, able to work independently.
Proficient in handling objections and closing sales, unfazed by setbacks.
Committed to 40–45 hours weekly.
Demonstrated history of exemplary performance.
Enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers.
Thrives on sales challenges.
Additional Qualifications
Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in state (or willing to obtain – study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years post‑high school work experience (or equivalent recent candidate).
Compensation & Benefits
Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
Weekly draw pay plus commissions with no caps and short sales cycle (3 business days). Monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
