Overview Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay. They drive a FritoLay truck to various stores—including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores—to deliver, sell, and merchandise the complete line of FritoLays products such as Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos.
Responsibilities
Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training.
Run routes, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
Attain a schedule with set days off.
Work in a fun, fast-paced and physical environment; may be required to work weekends and holidays.
Work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
Qualifications
Be 21 years of age or older.
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance; ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
