AtPeak Cabinets & Closets, we believe great design should make everyday living easier, more beautiful, and more organized. We specialize in building custom kitchens, closets, bathrooms, and storage systems. Our goal is to build the most luxurious, thoughtful, and unique cabinetry and closets in Utah.
We're looking for a sales manager who isn't afraid to call, email, or meet with potential customers to gain more sales. You don't have to be a designer. You just have to be eager to reach out to designers, builders, contractors, and real estate agents. While we are based in South Salt Lake, the expectation is that you would be meeting with customers from Spanish Fork to Ogden and as far East as Kamas.
We are currently using Go Highlevel for our CRM, but we could be open to another CRM.
Responsibilities
Obtain new clients (call, text, email, meet, attend industry events, knock on their doors, etc). Make friends and provide great customer service.
Document your outreach and manage/service clients to ensure no other salespeople are accidentally calling your customers.
Ensure you fulfill clients' needs and get their projects built on schedule.
Collaborate with our designers/engineer and operations department to ensure the projects are designed to meet the clients needs.
Get the client to approve the designs and sign contracts.
Collect deposits and payments from clients.
Qualifications
5 years of direct sales experience
knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
knowledge of custom cabinets and closets is a plus
knowledge of interior design is a plus
willingness to reach out to people you don't know is a plus
Having existing industry contacts is a plus
Additional Information The position is commission based and rewards success. Your earning potential is only limited by the amount of outreach you are willing to do.
