Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while maintaining a strong record of performance.
Mentor and train new hires, sharing experience and best practices to develop the next generation of sales leaders.
Balance dual responsibilities—continuing your own sales portfolio and actively contributing to team development.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of full‑time experience in sales, customer service, or a role that requires dynamic interaction.
Proven leadership, management, training, or teaching experience.
Excellent communication and ability to inspire a diverse team.
Consistent history of surpassing sales goals and targets.
Ability to handle dual roles efficiently, including sales and mentorship.
Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
