What You’ll Do
Oversee Move‑Ins & Move‑Outs: Schedule and conduct property evaluations, document conditions, and coordinate follow‑up as needed.
Coordinate Make‑Ready Projects: Organize repairs, cleanings, and other services between Resident turnovers.
Communicate with Vendors & Internal Teams: Ensure homes are fully prepped for new Residents.
Champion Resident Satisfaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for Residents during transition periods, answering questions and resolving concerns.
Encourage Feedback: Motivate Residents to provide positive reviews to enhance our NPS score.
Collaborate with Leasing Team: Work with Leasing Agents to share updates, track progress, and keep Landlord/Investor clients informed.
Maintain Detailed Records: Accurately document all interactions and property details in our software systems, keeping digital and physical records updated for compliance.

Locally Based: You live in Northern Virginia (ideally within the territory where your portfolio is located).
Interest in Real Estate: You’re eager to learn about single‑family property management, whether you’re exploring a new career path or bring related background experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Experience in a customer‑facing or project coordination role is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on‑site visits.
Ability to pass background checks in accordance with local regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $18–$25/hr (commensurate with experience).
Performance Bonuses: Potential additional earnings based on team and NPS performance (not guaranteed).
Work Structure: Full‑time, 40 hours/week + occasional overtime (paid at 1.5×).
Hybrid approach: Field work, remote tasks, and regular office collaboration.
Initial training: 3 days/week in Gainesville, VA headquarters; 2 days/week in Alexandria office.
Paid Holidays & PTO: 8 paid holidays + additional paid time off based on tenure.
Mileage Reimbursement: For field visits and errands.
