What You’ll Do:
Assist families with cemetery and cremation arrangements after a loss
Provide exceptional customer service for those seeking information about our cemetery and funeral services
Educate and guide families on pre‑arrangements, pre‑funding, and near‑need planning
Support families through our Healing Begins Here program, ensuring they have the resources they need
Work closely with the funeral home and cemetery teams to provide seamless service
Engage in community outreach to raise awareness about pre‑planning options
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for helping others with empathy and professionalism
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to educate and guide families through important decisions
Self‑motivated and organized with attention to detail
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or funeral/cemetery services is a plus, but not required
