Account Manager
to support our
business‑to‑business (B2B) telecommunications campaign . This is a full‑time, in‑person position ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills who are looking to grow in a
sales and client relationship‑focused environment .
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with small to mid‑sized businesses, educating them on service options, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process. Full training is provided.
Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $68,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships through in‑person business outreach
Present telecommunications service options to potential business customers
Provide product education, address questions, and assist with onboarding
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed campaign goals
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑ups
Qualifications
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision‑makers
Professional demeanor and reliability
Full‑time availability for in‑person work in the Philadelphia area
Previous customer service, sales, or account management experience is helpful but not required
