In order to create a world-class hospitality experience at the service desk, Nimey Auto Group is putting a dedicated Parts Specialist in place at NextGen and New Generation. This role is designed to free up our service advisors to focus 100% on customer relationships, sales, and the overall experience, rather than wasting time sourcing parts, dealing with vendors, or making costly ordering errors. Training every advisor to understand parts for all makes and models is not only inefficient — it leads to mistakes, missed margins, and lost time. By focusing that training into one highly efficient, high-speed parts expert, we’ll control pricing, improve accuracy, and eliminate delays. The efficiency and savings from this focused role will more than cover the payroll investment, and the advisors will now be in a position to do what they do best — deliver top-tier customer service and drive revenue.

Hourly base plus commission. $55,000 to $75,000 annually based on performers. High performers could earn up to $90,000!

This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility position designed to support our service advisors by handling all aspects of the parts process, including:
Ordering parts for all scheduled jobs
Quickly fulfilling quote requests from the system
Receiving and organizing parts accurately
Pricing parts correctly and competitively
Managing and maintaining a clean, efficient parts room
You’ll be the go-to expert for all parts sourcing, eliminating costly mistakes and wasted time. By centralizing this role, we free up our advisors to focus entirely on customer hospitality, sales, and service — creating the ultimate guest experience.
