Overview
The
Events/SALES Consultant
at Urban Air Adventure Parks is the first point of contact for guests planning birthday parties, corporate team building, church events, and other group gatherings. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, community event participation, and delivering a memorable guest experience that ties food, drinks, and attractions together. Responsibilities
Connect with local organizations through outbound prospecting and community events to generate event business for the park. Serve as the primary contact to design the ideal combination of food, drinks, and attractions for a wide range of group events. Respond to all leads in a timely fashion—next business day. Schedule sales at least three months in advance. Represent Urban Air with energy and enthusiasm, delivering an excellent guest experience. Qualifications
Outgoing, personable, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using phone and computer; experienced in multi-tasking. High motivation to learn new sales skills and develop relationships. Base salary + unlimited commission. Success‐oriented with a “can beat any goal” mindset. Working Environment
