Job Summary
The Events/SALES Consultant is responsible for selling fun! The ideal team member serves as the first point of contact at Urban Air and works with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. To hit the ground running, the consultant makes quality connections with local organizations through outbound prospecting, attends chamber and other community events to drive brand awareness and drive event business to the park, has strong phone and computer skills, multi‑tasking abilities and a genuine passion for delivering a memorable guest experience.
Qualifications
Unlimited earning potential with base salary plus commission.
Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑faced family entertainment environment.
Outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to learn and eager to develop new sales skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong outbound prospecting and networking skills.
Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with local organizations to generate event business.
Sell event packages, handle inquiries, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Represent Urban Air with enthusiasm, conveying the park’s offerings and excitement.
Collaborate with the park team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups.
Attend community events, chamber meetings and other networking opportunities to promote brand awareness.
Maintain accurate sales records and respond to all leads in a timely manner.
Assume additional duties as assigned, proactively identifying and filling needs and sharing ideas with the team.
Working Environment
Non‑typical family entertainment setting with exciting attractions and events.
Business‑casual dress code.
Work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week.
