Pay Range:

$24.20‑$35.09

What You’ll Be Doing

Provides world‑class member service to members visiting branch/service center locations; promotes credit union products and services to build relationships.

Performs file maintenance, including processing requests for address changes, check orders, ordering ATM cards, etc.; performs vault and night drop duties; assists with morning and evening branch preparation; performs additional related duties.

Has working knowledge of credit union savings and consumer loan products, basic knowledge of real‑estate products; maintains cash and negotiables; suggests department and credit‑union operations improvements.

Processes new memberships, additional share accounts, savings services, consumer loan requests and general fundings; researches accounts, identifies and corrects member account problems.

Delivers world‑class face‑to‑face service to members requesting account assistance; provides consultative services, assessing member needs, addressing concerns, gaining agreement.

Complies with regulatory compliance and training requirements (BSA, etc.); failure may result in disciplinary action.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

1‑3 years of previous related experience required.

Valid CA Driver’s License; participation in CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
