What You’ll Be Doing

Provide world‑class member service to individuals visiting branch and service center locations.

Promote credit union products and services to build relationships and process transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary services.

Perform file maintenance tasks including processing requests for address changes, check orders, ATM card orders, vault and night drop duties, and support branch preparation.

Has working knowledge of credit union savings and consumer loan products, basic knowledge of real‑estate products, and maintains cash and negotiables.

Process new memberships, share accounts, savings services, consumer loan requests, and general loan fundings; research accounts, identify, and correct member account problems.

Deliver world‑class face‑to‑face service to members requesting account assistance and provide consultative services by assessing member needs and addressing concerns.

Comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements, including BSA regulations; failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

1–3 years of previous related experience required.

Valid CA Driver’s License; participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
