Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Overview This individual will proactively manage the overall workflow and lifecycle for an assigned book of business. The role serves as the primary client relationship manager for new and existing Personal Lines clients, ensuring comprehensive account servicing and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as main point of contact for clients, addressing general questions, providing coverage guidance, and educating clients on risk and exposures.
Collaborate with Assistant Account Managers to process client transactions including applications, quotations, renewals, cancellations, endorsement requests, binders, invoicing, and follow‑up correspondence in accordance with agency and industry standards.
Identify and pursue up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities for new and existing clients.
Respond to incoming mail, carrier inquiries and client questions.
Maintain client files and tasks in the database, documenting written correspondence and verbal conversations in ImageRight.
Upload endorsements and policies as needed and manage the task list in ImageRight.
Assist with accounting discrepancies when needed.
Act as backup to other Account Managers when requested.
Qualifications Entry‑level candidate with full‑time availability, strong communication skills, and a customer‑service mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adhere to company standards of excellence is required.
