This role focuses on proactively reaching out to potential customers, initiating sales conversations, building relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales process. Leveraging in-depth product knowledge, effective communication, and persuasive skills, the specialist identifies customer needs, addresses concerns, and closes deals, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential leads through cold calls, online research, and networking to build a strong pipeline.
Evaluate leads’ needs, budget, and decision‑making authority to qualify opportunities.
Develop deep product knowledge and stay current with new features and enhancements to communicate value propositions.
Drive market penetration campaigns while training and coaching other inside sales representatives.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to each prospect.
Manage and update CRM systems or sales tracking tools to document interactions and track progress.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to adapt sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to gather information, address inquiries, and provide feedback.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to supervisors, analyzing sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Education & Experience Recommended
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or higher secondary education or equivalent work experience.
Typically 6–8 years of related work experience in inside sales, tele‑sales, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits The on‑target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $64,650 to $97,600 annually, with a 60/40 salary/incentive mix. Additional opportunities for bonus and/or equity apply to U.S. candidates only. Pay varies by location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
