Were looking for a dependable Parts Counter Person who can support our service team, help customers, and keep the workflow moving. What Youll Do Help technicians and advisors find the correct parts quickly and accurately Assist retail/wholesale customers at the counter and by phone Look up parts using OEM catalogs and dealership systems Create quotes, invoices, repair orders, and special orders Receive, stock, and organize inventory Handle cores, returns, and warranty parts correctly Communicate clearly with Service to prevent delays and comebacks

What Were Looking For

Parts counter experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and urgency Friendly, professional communication Solid computer skills and comfort with parts lookup tools Reliable attendance and team-first attitude Ability to lift and move parts as needed
