Parts Counterperson – Lou Bachrodt Family of Dealerships

Shift:
Some Saturdays May Be Required
Pay:
Base Salary $45,000.00/hr - $55,000.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)
What You’ll Do Help technicians and advisors find the correct parts quickly and accurately
Assist retail/wholesale customers at the counter and by phone
Look up parts using OEM catalogs and dealership systems
Create quotes, invoices, repair orders, and special orders
Receive, stock, and organize inventory
Handle cores, returns, and warranty parts correctly
Communicate clearly with Service to prevent delays and comebacks
What We’re Looking For Parts counter experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and urgency
Friendly, professional communication
Solid computer skills and comfort with parts lookup tools
Reliable attendance and team-first attitude
Ability to lift and move parts as needed
Pay Plan Base Salary
