We are looking to hire a
full‑time Jr. Plumbing Mechanic
in our Custom Home Division to install quality heating and cooling systems for new homes while training HVAC helpers. You will work the schedule 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; overtime is expected during peak periods. The position offers a competitive wage based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation and holidays, a 401(k) plan, free training and a flexible work schedule.
This role includes installing and maintaining residential plumbing systems, troubleshooting, assisting senior mechanics, and providing excellent customer service on construction sites.

Qualifications:
2‑3 years of new home construction experience (no cape required)
Hands‑on knowledge of residential plumbing construction
Driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Heatproof and able to work in hot conditions and tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
Own hand tools used by plumbing mechanics
