Sobieski New Homes is hiring a full‑time Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic to perform quality installations of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction and to mentor HVAC helpers. Qualifications
Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) or 5+ years of new‑home construction experience
Knowledge of applicable state codes
Hands‑on knowledge of residential HVAC construction and ability to read blueprints
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outside in various weather conditions, and work from heights and in tight spaces
Own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
