experienced Veterinary Recruiters

who have deep industry connections, an active network of candidates, and a proven track record of filling veterinary roles efficiently.

Job Summary We need Veterinary Recruiters who can hit the ground running and start identifying, engaging, and placing qualified candidates immediately. This role is ideal for professionals with veterinary recruitment experience who have established relationships in the industry and know where to find top talent. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment and have the expertise to deliver high‑quality placements quickly, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Source, attract, and recruit

veterinarians, veterinary technicians, surgeons, oncologists, specialists, and support staff

for clinics, hospitals, and specialty practices across the U.S.

Leverage existing industry networks and databases to locate and engage highly qualified candidates.

Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, from

prospecting and screening to offer negotiation and placement .

Maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to

ensure successful placements and long‑term partnerships .

Actively

market and present opportunities

to potential candidates to build a strong pipeline.

Collaborate with the team to

strategize, refine sourcing techniques, and close hiring needs efficiently .

Stay up to date with

industry trends, job market insights, and competitor hiring strategies .

Requirements

Proven experience

in veterinary recruitment, preferably within an agency or in‑house setting.

Active network and database

of veterinary professionals.

Strong knowledge of

veterinary industry roles, market trends, salary expectations, and licensing requirements .

Ability to

fill positions quickly

and meet hiring demands.

Self‑starter

with the ability to work independently in a commission‑driven role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills .

Comfortable using

ATS, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools .
