Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Leasing Manager role is located in Provo, UT. The Leasing Manager will supervise the leasing process, manage lease administration, and assist in maintaining high occupancy rates through effective property management strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, coordinating with potential residents, fostering resident retention, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in managing and administering leases, including understanding lease agreements and compliance
Experience in conducting market research and analyzing market trends to enhance property performance
Background in property management with a focus on resident satisfaction and operational oversight
Capabilities in fostering resident retention and building strong tenant relationships
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work effectively on‑site and collaborate with team members and residents
Previous experience in multifamily or student housing is a plus
