Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Agent located in McDonough, GA. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing leases and lease administration, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, supporting day-to-day property management activities, and fostering positive relationships with residents. Additionally, the role includes addressing resident inquiries, maintaining occupancy goals, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the leasing experience.
Qualifications
Experience in Residential Leasing, Leases, and Lease Administration
Proficiency in Property Management tasks and procedures
Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on fostering positive resident experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or additional certifications in real estate or property management is a plus)
Basic proficiency in property management software and tools
