Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop new sales opportunities and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Generate insurance quotes.
Treat each customer contact as a cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunity, including financial products.
Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources.
Requirements
Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license (or be in process; indicate in cover letter).
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi‑task.
Professional phone etiquette.
Problem‑solving capabilities.
Minimum 2 years prior sales experience (preferred).
Great listening and closing skills.
