Engineering Services and Products Company (ESAPCO) is looking for a Commercial Building Sales Specialist. Established in 1979, ESAPCO manufactures ClearSpan Structures and GrowSpan Greenhouses with over 30,000 products distributed through direct marketing, online stores, and lead‑generation websites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Field initial inquiries from prospective customers interested in ClearSpan Buildings, Fabric Buildings, Metal Buildings, and related equipment.

Create orders for structures that include all necessary accessories.

Close sales and exceed sales goals.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers in a team environment.

Effectively multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Identify and present solutions at all levels of the sales cycle.

Thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups.

Reasoning Ability:

Solve practical problems with limited standardization and interpret varied instructions.

Computer Skills:

Knowledge of Order Processing systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

Compensation Base salary plus weekly commission. Average first‑year earnings range between $70,000 and $80,000, with potential to earn over $200,000 in subsequent years.
