Responsibilities
Run day-to-day site operations with a focus on quality, safety, and schedule
Coordinate trades, manage sequencing, and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
Drive subcontractors and hold accountable to high standards of workmanship
Leads with a sense of urgency - firm when needed, professional always
Communicate daily with the PM and design team
Requirements
5+ years experience running NYC luxury residential construction
Deep knowledge of NYC trade coordination, DOB requirements, and city site logistics
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and organized execution
Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management platforms
