Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
Provide expert guidance, market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills
Build and maintain client relationships with a service‒focused approach
Stay informed on market trends, inventory, and industry best practices
Uphold our company core values in all daily activities
Collaborate with fellow brokers, staff, and service teams to create a seamless client experience
Qualifications
Active Real Estate Broker License (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self‒motivated, organized, and eager to grow your business
Team‒oriented mindset with a client‒first approach
Experience in residential real estate preferred, but not required
